Law Enforcement Department
The Cortland County SPCA Law Enforcement Department is dedicated to enforcing New York State Agriculture and Markets Laws throughout Cortland County. We work closely with local police agencies to protect both the citizens and animals in our community.
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
After-Hours:
Officers are available for emergencies only outside of normal business hours.
If you have a general concern or need to report a complaint, please contact us during business hours. For emergencies involving animal cruelty or public safety, please call your local police department or 911.
